At MediaBlue International, we’re seeking a passionate Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in interpreting and analyzing data to derive valuable insights. This contributes to well-founded strategic and operational decision-making within our company.
Your Responsibilities?
- You’ll be partly responsible for analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. This enables us to make the right strategic and operational choices that propel our company forward.
- You’ll develop data models and algorithms to conduct complex data analyses. You have an eye for detail and a passion for unraveling data to uncover hidden truths.
- You’ll contribute to promoting data-driven work within MediaBlue International. Your expertise and insights help us achieve a higher level of data maturity, which is essential for our growth and success.
How will you do this?
- Analyze performance data from marketing and product teams, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
- Create structured reports and compelling presentations for both management and teams, providing valuable advice for performance enhancements.
- Participate in developing a clear data strategy and vision that closely aligns with our organization’s overarching goals and objectives.
- Establish a high-quality data supply chain that can be utilized by all key stakeholders.
- Define and monitor requirements in various data projects to ensure they meet the set expectations.
Where will you do this?
At MediaBlue International! We are an online marketing company that builds and operates our own entertainment websites. We do this with enthusiastic people. Taking initiative, seizing opportunities, and paying attention to each other are important to us—not only when it comes to serious matters but also during a game of table football or a Friday afternoon drink!
Qualifications:
- A completed bachelor and/or master’s degree in a relevant study, such as statistics, mathematics or data science
- 3 – 5 years of work experience in an equivalent position
- Knowledge of data modelling and visualization. Plus, knowledge of statistics
- You are a problem solver who is independent and takes initiative
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Skills in data-analysis tools such as SQL or Python
- Ability to develop data models and algorithms for data analysis
- Experience with Business Intelligence software (such as Tableau of Power BI)
- Experience with Version control (such as GIT)
- Bonus: Experience with BiqQuery / Google Data Studio
